5- Story, 35-Unit Affordable senior apartments + 6,000 + sqft of new office for Phi Beta Sigma. Legacy is the Co-Developer. Historically black fraternity Phit Beta Sigma is looking to be a better neighbor in Manor Park by leveraging the office space they have occupied since 1975 to create affordable housing. The fraternity has partnered with Legacy to replace their two-story mixed-use building, delivering 35 affordable senior apartments above 6,000 square feet of new office space for their organization.
