This transformative project will consist of 21 units, all of which will be 100% affordable, catering to individuals and families within the 60% Area Median Income (AMI). Designed as multifamily housing, the development aims to provide vital affordable housing options. Spanning 40,000 square feet over three floors, the project involves the replacement of an existing parking lot with a modern building, complete with a spacious parking garage.
In line with our commitment to community involvement, monthly community meetings are scheduled to facilitate robust engagement and ensure the project aligns with the needs and aspirations of the local residents.
