The first phase of Legacy’s largest awarded project is a master redevelopment of the Napier Sudekum housing community in Nashville, in partnership with The NHP Foundation and the Metropolitan Development & Housing Agency. Designed by Moody Nolan, Phase A includes a five-story multifamily building and two-story townhomes, with the leasing office serving the first three phases of the larger redevelopment, totaling approximately 450 to 500 homes. This is the first of 26 planned phases, which will ultimately deliver approximately 4,400 homes.
Located at Maury Street and Robertson Street in South Nashville, the site is part of the Napier and Sudekum neighborhoods.
